Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a highly motivated and driven Program Manager with program management skills, experience with proposal management and capture management in a high complexity, highly dynamic environment. Overall responsibilities include managing the proposal and business case development while working with the customer and leading the internal and subcontractor teams in capturing and executing antenna production programs.

Essential Functions:

• Execution of the business acquisition process
• Ability to manage external relationships
• Effectively communicate the L3Harris value proposition from a technical and programmatic perspective
• Drive multiple integrated program teams toward success in meeting our objectives and contractual requirements
• Manage the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases, inception to completion
• Develop and manage programmatic and financial forecasts
• Prepare proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget and financial terms/conditions of contract
• Ensure all resources such as engineering, production and facilities are available to support the program
• Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Active Clearance Preferred but not required
• 4+ years of experience in either an engineering or operations role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical background with strong business acumen
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to organize and coordinate customer visits
• Ability to make effective decisions regarding the profitability and achievability of pursuits
• Ability to work with other Program Managers, Business Development Managers, Product Lines, and Engineering functions
• Ability to communicate in a thorough, clear, and timely manner which supports information sharing and goal achievement
• Proven experience developing broad, cooperative relationships with numerous groups and individuals, even when having no direct authority over them
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• PMP Certificate
