Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Expertise work with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Project, Jira/Jira Align and Confluence.
  • Exceptional consulting skills
  • Financial Services and/or Commercial Banking industry experience
  • Ability to manage a program that will contain complex, projects that impact multiple businesses, technology and risk disciplines..
  • Ability to negotiate, communicate, collaborate and influence to build successful relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to articulate a complex problem, initiate action, make difficult decisions and generate creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and experience with Agile practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
