Description and Requirements
Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG) brings together all of Lenovo's IT solutions and services across PC, infrastructure, and smart verticals, including attached services, managed services, and as-a-Service offerings, into one dedicated organization. By providing a truly global solution that offers everything from pocket to cloud via a single contract under the TruScale brand, we are empowering our customers to transform their vision into value.
As a SMB Program Manager you will primarily focus on identifying, growing, supporting new Lenovo DaaS and Leasing opportunities for our Channel Partners across the West Coast. Support partners with Lenovo Global Financial Services EDU calls, meetings and offers. Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals. Understand and adapt to Lenovo's ongoing product and services developments and how to incorporate them into an "as a Service" model. Ensure that our SMB & Channel Partners receive world-class sales and customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should be based in the west coast.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Lenovo Global Financial Services Partner Program account support
- Client management
- Working within the channel to support clients and the business objectives
- Ongoing Business Partner account management and client retention
- Some of the KPIs that an employee in this role can expect to be measured against would be Volume of Leasing written and Profitability of leases
Basic Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
- 5 years of leasing experience
- 5 years of experience working in the channel
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven track record in achieving sales objectives. Specifically, SMB and Channel Partner engagement
- Understanding of residuals and pricing methodology
- Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and internal selling skills
- Experience working cross functionally with other business units
