Job Summary
Program manager for DMHAS funded adult residential transitional living program. Ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals with behavioral health conditions as well as experience managing others. The Program Operations Manager provides front line program leadership and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. Is responsible for achieving program goals and managing ongoing fidelity, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and managing employees' performance in alignment with job responsibilities, H3W Leadership behaviors, and HHC Core Values.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyzes program needs and develops recommended meaningful goals and objectives that align with organizational strategy. Communicates goals and objectives to staff and monitors staff progress in accomplishing goals, providing coaching, support and performance management.
  2. Identify needs and provide opportunities for ongoing staff development. Collaborate with supervisor to identify self-learning needs and seek out resources or instruction opportunities to meet those needs.
  3. Create a cohesive team environment that embodies the core values of integrity, caring, excellence, and safety.
  4. Work closely with outside agencies to ensure excellent communication and teamwork between Rushford and our internal and external partners.
  5. Leads quality/performance improvement initiatives, leads staff meetings, and interactions with internal and external teams to accomplish program goals.
  6. Ensures a consistent climate of respect for internal and external clients and individuals associated with the program.
  7. Ensures that all internal policies and external regulatory standards are being met on a consistent basis.
  8. Work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure that all services offered are meeting fidelity standards and all issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  9. Advocate on behalf of clients to resolve concerns related to case management, intake, discharge, environmental/agency needs and developmentally appropriate services with collateral contacts.
  10. Perform other related duties as required including providing crisis intervention when needed.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or Related Field preferred
  • 3 years' program-related experience with evidence of management (from any field)
