LRB has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service to the Department of Fish and Wildlife's valued stakeholders as a Program Technician II in LRB's License Sales Unit. This position performs the more difficult program specialist work as a journey level technician while providing customer service to the public, cashiering license applications, answering questions, and issuing more than 500 different license types. Training provided!

LRB does not maintain a public facing license sales counter. This position will process license and permit applications received through the mail and support a broad range of stakeholders through verbal and written communication via phone and email.

Working Conditions
State housing is not available.

Requires work to be performed in an office environment using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and barcode scanner for several hours a day.
