Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of project activities, including seminars, workshops, and fairs.
- Provide robust administrative support to management, aiding in achieving program objectives.
- Potentially provide direction and training to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, propose necessary modifications to improve outcomes.
- Manage documentation and respond to inquiries related to program activities.
- Maintain liaison with internal and external entities to ensure collaborative efforts.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage expenditure to align with allocated funds.
- Prepare analytical reports on program progress and challenges, suggesting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Four years of relevant experience in administrative support with an emphasis on project coordination, budget management, and report generation.
Skills and Abilities:
- Solid knowledge of administrative practices and comprehensive understanding of project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools.
- Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation.
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and aptitude for exercising sound judgment.
- Competent in compiling and presenting detailed reports.
- Effective communicator, capable of utilizing C-I-CARE communication standards.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
