RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • With supervision, accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of project(s) with relatively small and/or less complex scope and deliverables.
  • Project scope is typically one-year or less and impacts a single business unit/function.
  • Project scope typically impacts one of the following: process, system, function, product and/or service.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support the lead by reviewing reports for accuracy and consistency for Quality Management reporting
  • Support lead with report writing on Member Experience standards for NCQA, collecting data, synthesizing, developing qualitative and quantitative analysis, gathering evidence to support our member experience initiatives.
  • Support facilitation of the bi-monthly Member Experience Committee meeting
  • Attend monthly NCQA workgroup trainings hosted by the Quality Management department
  • Engage with departments outside of CMCX to gain a broader understanding of the enterprise

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three (3) years of experience in related field
  • One (1) year project management experience in health plan operations or related field
  • Project Management/ Project Management Certificate (PMP) preferred
  • Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations

Desired Skillset:
• Experience or knowledge of Customer Experience (preferred)
• Impeccable follow through
• Ability to coordinate meetings, develop agendas, document notes and maintain committee articles
• Ability to interpret internal business reports and apply learnings (i.e.Quality Management, HEDIS measures, CAHPS ratings)
• Health Care experience (preferred)
• Coordinate and organize a number of teams that will cross multiple areas of the business
• Monitor progress, produce timelines, status reports and metrics
• Identify and monitor risks and mitigation plans
• Experience with analysis including root cause identification and problem solving
• Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Word)
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with NCQA accreditation standards preferred

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
