Job Overview:

The IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator will support project managers and IT operations to ensure the delivery of expected project value. This role involves analyzing contracts for deliverables and obligations, assisting in planning and execution, and measuring performance data to identify trends and anomalies. The coordinator will perform data entry, reconciliation, and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support, including scheduling meetings, documentation, and communication.
• Update project documents and the project plan.
• Assist in collecting, validating, and preparing information for status reports and presentations.
• Analyze contracts to identify deliverables and obligations and assist in building a project execution plan.
• Measure performance data, identify trends, and review findings with IT leaders.
• Perform data reconciliation and analysis between various systems, such as Excel and ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or IT infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and using ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience working in IT infrastructure or related fields.
