Description:
Client has an immediate need for a Telecom Project Manager/Coordinator to assist with implementing a new phone system.
Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years experience in Telephony Project Coordination experience
Specific experience working with a Lead Program Manager, Workstream Project Manager and Engineering Leads providing engineering team task coordination and tracking, implementation planning and coordination, owning equipment procurement, shipment and installation coordination, and hardware/installation vendor billing reconciliation.
Experience with the following tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel, Coupa, Microsoft TEAMS
Must be courteous with excellent written and oral communication and be able to get ideas across and non-confrontational manner in 1 to 1 situation, small groups and to large audiences.
Must be local to either Cincinnati, OH or Charlotte, NC and willing to travel into one of those offices as needed/occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of telephony implementation and processes to ensure end user satisfaction, project continuity and timely delivery of services.
Participate in weekly and monthly telecom meetings to provide input on implementation procedures.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor.
Summarize progress of site implementation.
Manage equipment procurement, procurement, and delivery.
Give guidance as to where DIDs need to go and provide by typical timelines/updates.
Responsible for the projectâs commitment to quality.
Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in terms of efficiency of processes, customer satisfaction and optimization.
Lead and direct the work of others
Primary Skills:
Telephony project coordination experience is required - if they do not have this they will be rejected.
Education: Bachelors Degree
