As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for helping our customers with the vehicle controller model based development through, process automation, testing, and verification of controllers to ensure a quality product. Additional responsibilities include:
As a project team member contribute to customer projects developing analysis and testing methods for automotive subsystems and its controllers using simulation and automation scripts in MATLAB and Python.
Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders to analyze control system behaviors for different vehicle subsystems such as Powertrain and ADAS using model-based approaches.
Support exploration of development process steps by prototyping models using Simulink and Amesim models along with scripts in MATLAB and Python.
Work with Siemens global experts on Model-Based design approaches and setup controller design, verification and calibration methodologies.
Prepare and deliver presentations for broader technical and management teams.
Participate in technical and scheduling activities for project delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience with model-based development steps and techniques for controller design
a. Must have experience using MATLAB, Simulink and Stateflow.
Experience in scripting and automation using MATLAB and Python.
Experience in controller testing and verification activities using system simulation tools
a. such as Simulink and Amesim, Polyspace for Static Code analysis or Unit testing using Simulink Test.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in writing and debugging controller software realized as C-code and C++ code, in Binary code generation using GCC and GHS Compiler and in ISOLAR for ARXML generation
Experience in model-based embedded application software generation using Automatic Code Generation technology.
Experience in ADAS
