2. How would you effectively and efficiently manage our IT Project Portfolios? Be specific in your approach, tools, communication, and processes.
3. How do you model the way as a leader? How do you hold yourself and others accountable? Additionally, how would you mentor and develop current and future project managers in the PMO team?
4. Please explain your experiences establishing and leading IT Project Governance within your organization. Explain what you did, how you achieved it, and the value it served to the organization.
5. Please describe your ideal work culture to produce a high performing organization. How would you create, nurture, and foster it as the IT PMO Chief to advance the mission?

As an Information Technology Manager I you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide oversight and management of all phases of IT project management and system development life cycles to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT products, services, and systems
- Manage the testing, development, implementation, and administration of a Department-wide IT project management lifecycle and process; a formal project initiation and approval process; project management best practices; standard Department-wide project management tools; performance measures for project managers; and IT standards
- Manage and oversee DTSC's IT Project Portfolio and projects within the portfolio
- Establish and maintain IT governance standards and best practices for the Department in collaboration with DTSC's core and support programs
- Manage DTSC IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with the Department's vision, mission, and strategic plans
