Project Manager 2

Reporting to the Data Systems Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for managing each Data System project team's timeline and ensuring team member accountability throughout the Jaffrey site. The Project Manager (Data Systems) works as a collaborative team member on project initiation, project scoping, URS development, release for proposals, vendor selection, validation, and project supervision with the overall objective of driving high quality business results. Lead, manage and develop high-level digital transformation projects such as MES, and others.Lead project teams through inception, scoping, URS development, RFP, vendor selection, and release to manufacturing.Support the change management process.Provide organizational support to EHS, facilities, and engineering groups through validation and factory acceptance tests.Work collaboratively with IT /OT to understand the needs of the site's digital needs.Provide support to facilities and engineering after projects RTM, including follow up and closure of project IOU's.Ensure timely communication of critical issues regarding project schedule and cost is provided to plant and business management. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other Engineering discipline. 4+ years' project management work experience in Information Technology, Operational Technology, or Manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications:Masters Degree in Computer Science.Experience working with IT, Software vendors, Manufacturing, EHS, facilities, and internal and external stakeholders.Experience with OSHA, ISO & FDA regulations.Black Belt or Green Belt.
