Job summary: The project manager will oversee the ERP migration project, in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders. The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project, as well as ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget, and timeline.

Job Title: Project Manager- ERP Integration Project
Location: 100% onsite in Milwaukee area
Pay Range: $85 to $100 p/h w-2 (depending upon experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with senior management and the project sponsor.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that covers all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, design, development, testing, deployment, and closure.

• Coordinate and manage the activities of the project team, consisting of internal staff, external consultants, and vendors, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among them.

• Manage the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate them as necessary to the appropriate level of management.

• Track and report on the project progress, performance, quality, and benefits realization, using appropriate tools and metrics.

• Ensure compliance with the organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as the contractual obligations and expectations of the external partners.

• Facilitate the change management process and support the end-users in adopting the new system and processes.

• Evaluate the project outcomes and lessons learned, and document and share the best practices and recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, information systems, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably ERP migration

• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

• Proven leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and manage diverse and cross-functional teams

• Experince with CAPEX and OPEX
