We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Experiential Marketing Agency client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in the realm of large-scale events. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to ensure successful project delivery

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related issues between Account/Production and Creative teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, including scheduling kickoffs, internal reviews, and check-ins.
• Proactively assess project risks and scope creep, escalating challenges to leadership and providing solution-oriented approaches.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget and timeline parameters, escalating blockers as needed.
• Facilitate timely communication of client feedback to the Design team.
• Own and maintain project status documents and Design-specific meeting agendas.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity and quality of creative work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

This role's target hiring compensation range is $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
