We are looking for a Program Manager to support our project for the wildfire risk PMO! They will be managing the documents for the commitments to their regulators, as part of their assigned section of the Wildfire Mitigation Plan. The documents define and outline the workplans for their commitments that they have to do, that stem from the wildfire mitigation plan. They will be interfacing with directors, chief sponsors, vice presidents, and other program managers. They are looking for someone who is high level, that with minimal training, can hit the ground running. He/she will be given their section or the WMP and become a subject matter expert in this area. They will then be responsible for gathering the information, standing up the commitments, as in terms what defines the program success and records, and then track the execution of that work over the year.

Required Skills & Experience

Program Management Experience; experienced that they can hit the ground running with minimal training
High attention to detail
Ability to create their own timelines to adhere to general timelines
Ability to communicate, soft skills
Writing skills; putting language into the commitments that they draft
Understanding Program Success
Background: PG&E a huge plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills when it comes to the tracking
Foundry, Power Apps ability to navigate in these systems
Understanding document version control
Have to be able to read their section of the WMP and become a subject matter expert quickly on their section (they will be assigned Situational Awareness OR Risk Modeling)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Required to on site to OGO Oakland headquarters monthly, and will be going one day per week starting January 2025
