Sr Project Manager - REMOTE - PST/CST

The Sr Project Manager will support video projects and programs for the consumer channel in the delivery of key strategic initiatives to drive business growth, improved customer experience, and to meet the financial and operating objectives. Project initiatives can include system and capabilities implementation, new product launches, and complex solution delivery to support consumer line of business.

Candidate should be a self-starter, with over 6 years project/program management experience, strong financial acumen, ability to work across multiple business organizations with confidence, strong written, verbal and presentation skills and ability to drive overall performance delivery of large cross-functional projects by effecting scope, schedule, risk, issues, and budget mgmt.

Required Skills & Experience

5- 8 year's relevant experience in large-scale, multi-disciplinary Project Management (enterprise level)

SAFE or Scaled Agile experience - this role will function as an 'epic lead'

Experience in large scale project implementation that is heavily IT centric required. (Projects with budgets upwards of 1million)

Comfortable managing 2-3 large scale projects at a time and tracking project budgets

Tools required: Jira, Jira Align, Smart Sheets (budget tracking), Power BI (only for viewing data - does not need to build reports)

Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to audience to achieve desired results.

Experience with public speaking and presentation skills to all levels of management.
