Project Manager

Our client in the Construction industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction project management, Pre-construction will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager/Construction Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $100K - $125K + Benefits

What's the Job?

Job Description:

• Wide variety of construction work, all commercial, public w counties/cities, fire stations, police, jails, etc, private dev/office mixed use etc. Not just general contractor will work as owners' rep, consulting side too.
• Sometimes PM's will do some consulting, versatile people with entrepreneurial mindset, think and create on your own, not super process-driven biz, fluid and open to idea of what works best.
• Been looking for pre-construction manager, finding a precon guy like needle in a haystack right now.
• Real world construction project experience, municipal experience, or if they worked for private clients, construction is construction, PRECON, working with designers and "design-build", any true estimating experience, project size 10-30mil projects.
