Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 3 years' experience. The Graphic Designerwill ideally have either retail or agency experience, and a passion for branding. Projects may range from studio production to packaging to marketing collateral tto in store signage. Previous samples of in store signage required for this role.

• Delivers multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and keeps the bar high for all projects, big and small
• You'll be working on in store signage, print collateral, style guides, pitch materials, digital/social media-based marketing assets, working on art direction for photography and photoshoots and assisting with some digital work as well (Social media, emails, landing pages...)
• Proactively partners with the Senior Creative Director and other key team members to achieve creative cohesion
• Sets high standards for design, and provides the guidance to achieve them
• Establishes themselves as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing
• Inspires others to create best-in-class digital creative by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights, while maintaining a strong POV on brand direction
