A major hospitality client of ours is looking to fill the role of a Remote Project Manager to join their corporate strategy team. With their recent growth and acquisitions, they are working to implement a large initiative project across multiple divisions. This role is ideal for a person who is a strategic thinker, has cross-functional experience, is an expert in communication, excels at project management, is easily adaptable and enjoys diversity in their work. This person will work with the members of the Strategy team; however, this role is very collaborative, and this individual will interact with corporate leaders across the organization and the general managers across the companies five brands.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in project management (4-5 years preferred)
• Hospitality and operational knowledge of full-service, limited and/or select service hotels is required. Knowledge of on-the-job systems and processes.
• Leader with experience gaining alignment, implementing processes, and creating accountability.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data and create a competitive analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and documentation in a concise, well-organized manner.
• Prior experience working collaboratively across different functional areas of an organization.
• Self-motivated, driven individual who can flourish in a company constantly growing and changing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
