Project Manager IV

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to help a major fintech customer. This individual will be leading the charge on a legacy application modernization project. This is one of the key initiatives of the company, coming down from the CTO themself. Your main responsibility will be around organizing and communicating with the engineering teams. You will need to hold teams accountable to deadlines as well as problem solve any issues that arise along the way. You'll be working with the cryptography team within the cybersecurity org so any background or experience in that area will only help. The target pay range for this is 55-65/hr, depending on years of experience.

Other Key Expectations:
- Lead the overall planning, execution and tracking of the project.
- Manage the migration of 700+ clients to the new platform
- Manage the retirement process for inactive applications
- Experience with legacy system modernization and migration projects.
- Familiarity with modern web application deployment practices
- Experience in change management and stakeholder management

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience working as a Project Manager with budgets between $500K - $5M
- Experience overseeing a migration from one application to another
- Experience in change management
- Experience in stakeholder management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Understanding of cryptography
- Background working in cybersecurity
