Position Summary

The Project Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within Supportive Care Research and Training Division and manage the performance of ongoing scholarly/academic/training projects. The position will partner with the Program Director to manage and prioritize strategic projects to be undertaken each quarter for the Supportive Care Training Program. This role is a Remote or Hybrid work environment.

This position will:

• Directly lead the project management of strategic scholarly/academic/training initiatives

• Serve as a liaison between Supportive Care Training Program, division, department, leadership, external partners, and operational leads to ensure objectives are achieved

• Create and execute project plans, timelines, and contracts

• Manage daily tasks associated with implementation of scholarly/academic/training projects

• Helps to develop, design, and conduct research and training projects according to plan, including planning new procedures, adapting existing to the needs of the project, and making contributions to the methodology.

• Provides administrative support for daily research and training operations

• Establish routine reporting and templates to be used across Research and Training Division operations

• Apply knowledge of Continuing Education accreditation requirements, policies, and approval processes



Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree. Masters degree preferred. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.

• 2+ years of experience working in a hospital or academic operations.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, project management and the ability to work independently.

• Background in Clinical or Academic Research, Education, Publications, CME/CE Training is preferred.

• Software skills include:
