Property Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay : $70-72k, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to monitor the property daily and conduct quality checks on any potential safety hazards
• Prepare reports on key aspects of the property
• Supervise the Resident Manager at the property
• Coordinate with third party contractors to perform work onsite
• Communicate closely with the supervisor and facilities manager to schedule maintenance, repairs, and improvements

Position Qualifications/Requirements:
• 5+ years' in affordable housing, residential property management, and/or supportive housing
• 3+ years' supervisory experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, MOH
• Designations: Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), or equivalent
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, 504 compliance related issues, as well as basic landlord tenant issues and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Realpage not required, but strongly preferred.
