The Property Manager is responsiblefor the day to dayorganization, supervision, and management of theoperations of the Academy.

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Academy.
  • Assistwith managing the maintenancedepartment, including assignment of tasksand schedules.
  • Manage relationshipwith vendors including building maintenanceand construction.
  • Communicate with all operational departments including transportation, accommodations, food & beverage, grounds, campus safety, warehouse, systems admin, audio and visual, health and safetyand hospitality
  • Coordination of emergency procedures, work closely with the campus safety department.
  • Coordinate with the events department that all operational needs are met to run events efficiently.
  • Resolvecustomer and public complaints
  • Assistwith facilitatingmandatory inspections
  • Perform building and property inspections
  • Maintain records, reports and filesincluding state licenses and permits
  • Patrol campus on foot or by golf cart
  • Oversee the physical plant of the Academy.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures to make the facilities function more effectivelyand efficiently.
  • Adhereto all company policies, proceduresand business ethiccodes.


  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skillsand Ability

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Business Administration or Sports Management preferred.
  • 5+ years of property management or related experience
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Experience with computers including MS Office
  • Ability to enforce Academy rules, policiesand regulations
  • Strong analytical, written and communication skills
  • Flexibility/adaptability to accommodate a wide variety of frequent tasks requiring multiple skills.
  • Ability to writedetailed reports as well as good verbal communication
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
