QA Team Lead

Piper Companies is looking for a QA Team Lead to join a thriving consulting company supporting an extremely mission driven initiative. This is a hybrid (2x a times a week) and full-time position located in Washington DC where you can put your skills to use for a good cause!

Essential Duties of the QA Team Lead:

• Assess and build out team and project solutions
• Create test plans and test strategies
• Work within the Salesforce framework
• Use Selenium for testing initiatives

Qualifications of the QA Team Lead:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience leading teams within manual/auto testing teams
• 5 years experience working with Selenium
• Salesforce Admin cert is a plus
• Experience in testing claimant forms and claim management systems
• Must posses or be able to obtain a Public Trust

Compensation for the QA Team Lead:

• $140,000-$160,000 (based on experience)
