Experience with airport projects is required for this role.

Position Description

Quality Control Manager responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to the list below.

  • Participates and guides project quality control from kick-off until hand-off.
  • Tracks and oversees quality from raw materials to final product placement.
  • Oversees design, testing, and inspection to ensure meet contract standards.
  • Instructs or participates in construction weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Writes daily quality control report and invoices.
  • Conducts Training and performs Certifications per job site requirements.
  • Works together with concrete batch plants to ensure next day's production.
  • Follows company rules and procedures and works in safe manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in performing bridge roadway inspections and construction material testing.
  • Airport experience is required for this role
  • Proficient in reading plans, layout sheets, specifications or provisions.
  • Understanding setup quality and performance.
  • Good math skills.
  • Be able to write and speak English (Spanish is a plus).
  • High School diploma/GED diploma.
  • Valid Driver License.
