Quality Engineer/New Model

You will be responsible for:

New Model Support:

Collaborate on new model activities to ensure seamless integration.

Mass Production Champion:

Support mass production processes, maintaining quality standards.

Supplier Collaboration:

Work closely with suppliers to uphold quality expectations.

Service Excellence:

Ensure quality consistency in service-related activities.

Warranty Management:

Address warranty-related quality issues promptly.

Metrology Expertise:

Contribute to metrology engineering activities.

Sorting Oversight:

Manage sorting activities effectively.

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • Proficiency in Quality Tools Training (SPC).
    • Familiarity with production processes.
    • Strong technical skills.
    • Problem-solving prowess.
    • 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Engineer (preferably in a supervisory role).
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Comfortable with keyboarding, sitting, walking, and standing.
    • Adaptable to flexible work hours.
    • Willingness to travel on short notice.
    • Ability to lift and move gages and parts.
    • Successful completion of Farns Muncell Color Hue Evaluation and Ishihara Color Blindness Evaluation.
  • Equipment Usage:
    • Proficient in using computers, copiers, metrology equipment, and fax machines.
  • Mental/Cognitive Skills:
    • Effective communication across diverse backgrounds.
    • Thrives under stress and meets deadlines.
