About the role:

The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as administrative support to the Recruiting Department. This person will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting Team by providing a high level of customer service to staff and applicants throughout the employment process.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the Recruiting staff in all aspects of hiring and recruiting functions.
• Facilitate all applicants through the interview process (screening, scheduling, emailing and confirmations)
• Generate all daily, weekly and specialized reports; distributing appropriately
• Respond to general emails and inquiries
• Check the references of potential new hires in a professional manner
• Order and track background checks via online vendor
• Organize and prepare interview packets to hand off to recruiters and or specialists in a timely manner and assist with the movement of applicants
  

What you need:

• 1-3 years of human resource or related experience
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage work time efficiently
• Self-directed problem solver with proven ability to contribute in a high-paced, changing environment
• Strong verbal communication skills - face to face and over the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
