The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience for home office recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiters and hiring managers with process, reporting and administration activities, and serves as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams<\/p>
Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>
Schedule and prepare all necessary materials for Recruiting Kickoff meetings, as well as candidate debriefs
Schedule interviews (in-person, phone, and video) between candidates and interviewing teams, in both New York and Columbus.
Create and distribute updated interview agendas and resumes to the hiring team
Create and distribute all interview details, including agenda and travel itinerary to candidates
Book all candidate travel, as well as manage the candidate travel reimbursement process
Conduct degree verifications and contact references as requested by the recruiter or HR partner
Prepare offer documents in a timely manner as requested by the recruiter
Provide HR partner with all new hire information
Build strong relationships with hiring partners and executive assistants
Assist in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industry<\/p><\/div>
Qualifications<\/strong>
  • Minimum of one year experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in staffing or human resources, including administrative support to multiple individuals on scheduling and projects<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilities<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Must possess extreme attention to detail<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint<\/o:p><\/li>
  • High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Highly motivated, passionate and results-oriented<\/o:p><\/li>
  • Light travel between locations<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>

    Education<\/strong><\/o:p><\/h2>
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience<\/o:p><\/li><\/ul>
