This includes formulating policies, monitoring budgets, overseeing programs and assessing patient satisfaction plus set and meet financial goals and strive to satisfy all federal and state laws and mandates. RESPONSIBILITY:
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis software packages
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management
- Outstanding negotiation skills Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
- First-class professional people skills Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Seven-ten years of experience working in an operations role and a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity
- Currently reside in Massachusetts
- Must have a valid Administrator license
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have long term care/nursing home experience
- Experience in creating budgets and financial plans for large organizations
- Experience conducting both internal and external client negotiations
- Demonstrate success in creating a practical solution to increase employee productivity and maximize profitability
