REGIONAL GO-TO-MARKET PROJECT LEAD

We are looking for a Regional Go-To-Market Project Lead who will report to the Retail Operations Manager, North-America, and who’ll be tasked with helping us in maintaining our leadership position within the Powersports industry in North America. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing new strategies and ideas to differentiate BRP amongst top competitors and build strong momentum in the key markets.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Identify monthly Go-to-Market priorities, build action plans with key stakeholders and report progress with members of the senior management team
  • Lead Regional Go-to-Market & 360 campaigns by developing strategies and deploying tactics that will solidify our position in the market while stimulating retail sales
  • Play a key role in the execution of the growth plays in key markets and ensure strong delivery and execution of your regional marketing plans
  • Ensure strong synergies among internal departments - optimize processes and communication among key stakeholders
  • Build strong business relationships with Regional and District Sales Managers involved in your regional plans
  • Manage change to make your ideas happen with the support of your Manager and Sales Director

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in one of the following fields: relevant Commercial Sales, Marketing, or Retail Operations
  • Analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data
  • Initiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas; ability to manage projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments

Preferred:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and ownership
  • Highly Driven with a burning desire to WIN versus competition
