Responsibilities*
Provide expert nursing care to Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Ketamine patients. Conduct and document Outpatient ECT Assessments and work in the ECT PACU.

This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C.
Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level F.

Shift: Day shift, shift varies between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Schedule always includes Mondays and Fridays

Note: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census.

Required Qualifications*
- Current RN license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
- Recent ECT experience within the last year
- ACLS and PALS Certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent psychiatric clinical experience
- Experience in the utilization of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), NAPPI or Welle.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate the clinical care needs of complex patients.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate the clinical care needs of psychiatric complex patients.
