A large gaming and software company is looking for a Technical Build Coordinator providing support for builds and back ends. This person will have strong Unreal Engine and/or UEFN experience as well as a strong troublshooting background. This person will work with multiple teams to support capture efforts accross the game ecosystem.

This person will:

Manage bug reporting and tracking through a ticketing system (JIRA) to ensure accurate documentation and resolution of issues.

Support Smoke Testing sessions to find critical path bugs/blockers to defend against project delivery risk

Maintian and update technical capture team documentation

Facilitate cosmetic grants for external partners' accounts

Work in Unreal Engine 5 and Unreal Editor for Fortnite

Troubleshoot issues with devices and builds while using a mix of manual and technical testing

Employ internal systems to compile and test pre-release builds, ensuring quality and stability for marketing videos

Assist with the maintenance and management of multiple hosted backend systems critical for build execution and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years experience within the field

Proficient in technical operations within Unreal Engine and UEFN

Experience logging defects in JIRA or similar bug tracking systems (IE filing tickets

Able to work EST Timezone

Proficient in using Windows with a broad understanding of its functionalities.

Experience troubleshooting and testing applications for issues, demonstrating a general understanding of problem-solving techniques.

Someone who is enthusiastic about video games and possesses a genuine passion for the industry
