REMOTE EST - Video Producer

A large gaming and software company is looking for a REMOTE (EST) Video Producer to join a video production team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the production team from inception to delivery on a variety of video projects. This role collaborates across multiple IPs, with different departments from marketing, game teams, and external vendors to produce high-quality content. With your skills, you will drive the production of media assets including video, statics, and additional marketing materials with an eye for quality and creativity across multiple projects.

In this role, you will

Drive the day-to-day video production from concept to delivery, managing multiple projects across IPs.

Maintain production schedules, scheduling syncs, taking meeting notes and collecting supporting documentation for internal and external meetings.

Proactively identify and address any production challenges or issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate, build and maintain professional relationships across departments and external vendors.

Facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across teams.

Facilitate internal and external content creation pipelines while collaborating with Video Finishing and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets to their departments.

Ensure compliance with licensing, brand and other clearances for video projects, maintaining industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years experience as a Video Producer managing teams in the creation and delivery of high quality video/media content.

Strong understanding of video/media production pipelines, software, managing schedules, feedback reviews, and anticipating and proactively solving problems.

Passion for Video Games and current industry trends and coming from a Gaming background

Must be able to work 10-6 EST hours

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational, time-management, and attention to detail.

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects at once.

Self-motivated and be able to work well collaboratively and independently across teams.
