RemX Staffing is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to work REMOTE for a reputable client of ours.

This is a permanent position.

The candidate MUST have a valid Health Insurance license in the state that they reside in and have participated in at least 1 Annual Enrollment Season.

Training will take place for 6 weeks and will be an 8:30am-5pmCST schedule.

Schedules vary; must be flexible and available from 8am-11pm, Monday-Sunday

Pay rate varies based on experience: $19/hr-$25/hr - There is also uncapped BONUSES/COMMISSON + BENEFITS!

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle inbound calls from consumers interested in saving on their Medicare expenses and optimizing their benefit coverage.
• Assess and identify insurance needs of company customers over the phone.
• Effectively educate and sell health insurance plans/products to customers while providing excellent service.
• Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics per goals set.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

• Must have high Speed Internet and a quiet home office environment
• Must hold a current health insurance license and be licensed in state of residence
• Must have a sales mindset and a desire to make bonuses!
• Must have at least 1+ years of Medicare Sales experience (2+ preferred)
• Must have worked a minimum of 1 annual enrollment period (AEP)
• Must possess a strong understanding of Medicare products
• Possess an understanding of, and perform against, KPIs
• Able to work full time and mandatory overtime during open enrollment
