REMOTE- Technical Analyst

An employer is looking for a Technical Analyst to sit remotely. As a part of the digital/ ecommerce team, you will primarily be working closely with engineering and QA teams in an Agile fashion to understand APIs and integrations for the digital order/ payment systems. You will gather technical requirements and translate them into technical user stories for engineers/ devops personnel. You will assist in leading Agile ceremonies and partner closely with the product owner. Additional tasks will include refining user stories, technical documentation, develop use cases, determine acceptance criteria for automation and work with technical teams to document data flow diagrams/ system integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years experience in technical/ systems analysis and solution architecture

Strong technical documentation skills, focused around system/ application architecture, back end systems

Well versed with back end integrations, workflows and sequence diagrams

Hands on API development experience with Golang

AWS knowledge

Jira/ Confluence experience

Agile/ Scrum experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Gitlab experience
