Insight Global is looking for a UM coordinator to work for a large health services company. This person will be responsible for processing medical treatment requests in accordance with departmental policies, regulatory requirements, and client contractual agreements. They will be reviewing internal workflows and policies to determine if submitted requests are in scope for review and then redirect as required. They will be receiving inbound requests via email, fax, or provider portal for review related to medical treatment request, referrals, and reconsiderations. If there is information meeting in order to determine authorization, they will work with physician's offices to obtain missing information needed in order to submit a medical request.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a UM coordinator -- specifically requesting or submitting prior authorization requests or healthcare experience within claims/appeals & grievances
- 1+ year of specific oncology experience
- Good communication skills (English)
- Ability to meet established goals while balancing a workload and prioritizing assignments in a remote environment
