Salary/Pay Range: $ 21,002- $27,100 annually working part-time (20 hours/week). Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

Summary

This individual will work closely with the study coordinator to help coordinate the execution of the study,

especially the shipment of the bassinets and actigraphy, data collection, and that data entry is appropriately

managed, collected, and entered. This person will assist the study coordinator with participant management

and reminders. Assist with and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical trial. Under the supervision of

the study coordinator, this person will ensure that the informed consent process has occurred, is properly

documented, and that informed consent form documents are filed as required; collect, code, and analyze data

obtained from research in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Functions

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Be secondary contact for potential participants. Assist with promotion, screening, randomization, and

monthly survey email

• Assist with maintaining the database of potential and recruited participants.

• Assist with actigraphy watches for mom and baby, maintain tracking, shipping/receipt of study

materials, and database

• Assist with blood collection kits: shipping, supplies, and return

• Assist with shipment of assigned bassinet to participant. Ensure proper return on SB when participant is

finished with study

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in health related field. (A combination of education and related clinical

research experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree)

• Experience: At least one year clinical research experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or health related field

• One (1) year of clinical research or related experience

Experience with actigraphy

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word; SPSS,

• Must be team-oriented, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team

environment

• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
