The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $55,352 - $70,407
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.

Job Summary:
This position will build a research database through data entry, helping with the database structure including data integrity.
Specific Duties:
- Data entry for the CCTCARE program.
- Format data base
- Coordinate, analyze and manage applicable clinical research data received from a variety of sources
- Work closely with the UCH Transplant Informatics Manager, Chief, Division of Transplant Surgery, Executive Director, CCTCARE and Medical and Scientific Director, CCTCARE
- Provide data to the Directors of CCTCARE as needed

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
- One year of experience developing and working with a research database (example: Excel, Access, Red Cap)
- Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EPIC (EMR)
- Experience with basic statistics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
