Job Purpose: As a Risk Management Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties to assist in monitoring and evaluating the provision of care/services to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.

Job Functions
  • Daily monitoring of Aspire DVR systems
  • Timely leadership notification of potentially adverse situations
  • Daily documentation as to dates/timeframes and system identifiable information of all footage/live feed footage reviewed
  • Clearly and correctly document incident related observations in the Event Management System (EMS)
  • Prepare and provide regular reports to program leadership and various committees as required
  • Support the Risk Management Department daily operations
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 applications
  • Comfortable in a fast passed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to clearly and correctly document observations
  • Ability to view video footage for extended periods of time
  • Team player
