Salary - Up to $95k/yr based on experience plus a $15k sign on bonus.

If so, we want to hear from you! Valleyview Health and Rehab is searching for a driven and enthusiastic Unit Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and motivate a team of clinical employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet performance goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental budgets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and address employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff, upper management, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    • We are looking for a candidate with:
  • A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR - preferably MatrixCare or AHT
  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing is a plus.
