- Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Mon-Fri 7:00A-3:30P OR Four 10 hour shifts. May be required to cover some evenings and/or weekend shifts on occasion.

- Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and supports caregivers to improve outcomes.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and clinical professional development in identifying gaps and developing plans to improve professional growth, skills and competencies.
- Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data with a focus on using data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
- Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order
ets and practice guidelines at the unit or division level. - Aide in the analysis of research outcomes and devises strategies for their incorporation into evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
- Conduct unit rounds with a focus on coaching and mentoring in partnership with clinical leadership.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
- 2 years applicable experience required.
- 5 years preferred.
