Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager:

The RN Unit Manager works under the DON to ensure residents' care is above excellence and safe.

Qualifications of an RN Unit Manager:

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Previous Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Compassionate working with the geriatric population
