What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our big-picture sales initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that all strategic efforts are accounted for and executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of our business lines. You will report to the Director of Sales Support and work closely with the sales, marketing, operation and other teams to drive the overall sales growth strategy, helping to streamline processes and ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within capacity and with maximum impact.

What You Will Do
  • Assist the Director of Sales Support with day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in identifying, vetting and managing new sales opportunities, evaluating their potential and relevance to the company's strategic goals, and making recommendations for pursuit or development.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to support the execution of high-level sales campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business units and impacted departments to meet objectives.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects within the sales department.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and manage sales campaigns, including preparing materials, organizing meetings, and tracking results.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide analytical support by gathering and reporting on sales data, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product and service offerings, using this knowledge to support sales initiatives effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

What You Will Need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multiple CRM software systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the company's existing business lines is highly preferred.
