Job Description:

The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in managing the company's Salesforce.com platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity in addition to providing comprehensive support to the sales teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Maintain and manage data within Salesforce.com, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
    • Work closely with sales managers to ensure data integrity between ERP and CRM systems.
    • Coordinate with international IT teams to manage updates and enhancements to Salesforce.com, including field modifications and new account setups.
    • Implement CRM best practices to enhance user experience, drive process improvements, and support sales and customer service teams.
    • Serve as the internal expert and primary resource for Salesforce.com.
  • Sales Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales and Customer Service teams to optimize performance.
    • Assist with the preparation of sales reports, including commission and rebate analysis.
    • Support various projects by coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
    • Help develop and update presentations and sales materials as needed.
    • Act as a liaison with customers, handling communications and resolving queries.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoicing, payment, and rebate issues.
    • Support training and onboarding for new sales and customer service staff regarding systems, reporting, and processes.
    • Undertake additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel (v lookups and pivot tables)
  • Experience CRM and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Salesforce and SAP are a PLUS
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work in the office hybrid schedule
