Sales Support Specialist - Staffing Team

The Sales Support Specialist is a regionally based resource charged with fostering relationships with FBOs, crew, and influencers. They are integral in understanding the market and being one step ahead in regard to staffing opportunities. Proficient in pulling data, creating reports, and data mining, they are constantly available to support the Staffing Sales team.
The Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and sales support to the designated region director(s). This is a hybrid role out of one of our locations across the US. Candidates will be prioritized by their proximity to these Jet Aviation hub locations:
Teterboro, NJ

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors degree in related discipline preferred and/or formal training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent computer skills with a degree of proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK email system.
- Working knowledge of aircraft types preferred.
- Must have the ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization and must be a team player.
- Exhibit organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong and trusted working relationships
- Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
- Actively identifies high potential diverse talent and significantly contributes to their career development and advancement
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and take initiative in problem solving.

Main Responsibilities
  • Research and generate leads using online sourcing
  • Coordinate email campaigns with marketing
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
  • Gather staffing and industry related data and provide analytics
  • Have a constant pulse on respective local areas to learn about staffing opportunities that are soon to become available
  • Track and analyzes market trends and provide recommendations to management to increase revenue and brand value.

  • Fostering relationships with flight support personnel in order to maintain a pulse in the industry
  • Build client and candidate relationships
  • Manage all Staffing social media channels and efforts
  • Assist in the preparation of staffing contracts
  • Manage DOA contract process
  • Assist with Salesforce data entry
