Job description:

The Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect, is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet our client's business needs. Works closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure that the solutions align with client's strategic goals and deliver a seamless user experience. Your expertise will guide the technical architecture and best practices for Experience Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design:
o Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
o Develop technical architecture diagrams, data models, and integration strategies to support Experience Cloud deployments.
o Define and document architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices for Experience Cloud implementations.
2. Solution Development:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with Experience Cloud capabilities.
o Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud features, including community sites, user interfaces, and content management.
o Implement and manage Experience Cloud templates, themes, and branding to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
3. Integration and Data Management:
o Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Experience Cloud and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, or external applications.
o Develop data models and manage data flow to ensure accurate and consistent information across Experience Cloud and other platforms.
o Implement data security and privacy measures in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
4. Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of Experience Cloud solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business operations.
o Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, applying new features and enhancements as appropriate.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants in best practices and technical implementation.
o Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
o Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and internal teams to maximize the value of Experience Cloud.
6. Innovation and Strategy:
o Identify opportunities for leveraging Experience Cloud capabilities to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
o Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

Key requirements-
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
o Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
o Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Experience Cloud solutions, including community sites and content management.
o Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and performance optimization.
• Certifications:
o Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
o Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
• Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud features, including Lightning Experience, CMS, and community management.
o Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
o Strong understanding of integration technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
o Experience with data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and Client-facing Consulting skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Proven leadership and team management abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
