Your Role This position is responsible for assisting Bergdorf Goodman clients with graciousness and a solution-oriented approach. Experience handling the daily use of the Credit Systems, knowledge of Audit Works and cash office, assisting customers and associates with concerns, both escalated and otherwise is required. Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers with graciousness and authenticity.
  • Connect with clients in a friendly and meaningful way, making every interaction feel personable and seamless.
  • Educate self and clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policies and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally, as needed, to ensure the best client experience.
