-Responsible for the operations and maintenance of these databases. If additional databases are required in the future, the candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing those databases, including database creation, security, access, backup and recovery, and documentation.
- Experience with applying STIGs to SQL Server databases and be familiar with the impacts on the related applications
- Must have excellent documentation skills, and will be responsible for creating related standards, operating procedures, and security documentation
- Database monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Perform administration and management of Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2019 and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
- Familiar with SQL Always-on setup and management and Microsoft Failover Clustering
- Perform day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of SQL Server databases.
- Perform database and system performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- SSIS and PowerBI Reporting Server Administration
- Other SQL DBA duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
- BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree PLUS 5+ years of work experience administering MS SQL Server databases (SQL 2012 or newer)
- Active Secret; must be able to obtain TS/SCI
- Security+ CE must have before hire
- Experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption in SQL Server
- Experience administering SQL Server 2016-2019
- 5+ years of work experience administering MS SQL Server databases (SQL 2012 or newer)
- Experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption in SQL Server
- Experience administering SQL Server 2016-2019

- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Microsoft Server 2016 or higher
