Role : Senior Accountant

Location : Charlotte, NC

Pay : $75000 - $80000 / year

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the company's month-end close process by posting journal entries and maintaining supporting documents
• Prepare and review various account reconciliations and amortization schedules, including but not limited to bank and intercompany account reconciliations
• Assist with interim and annual audits
• Support the financial/accounting integration of acquired companies
• Mentor/Coach accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 4 or more years of related experience
• Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Systems: Great Plains, Concur, Strong Excel
