Orthopaedics Commercial Operations is the conduit between the business and the sales organization, enabling sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. Within Orthopaedics Commercial Operations, the Digital Sales Support team has responsibility for implementing and auditing the operational strategy for our digital surgery offerings. The Sr. Sales Support Analyst has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The Sales Support Senior Analyst (Digital) will play an integral role in helping Joint Reconstruction's exciting new Digital Surgery platform unlock its full potential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the timely distribution of all VHN unbilled PPC usages monthly.
  • Core team member of the VHN monitor swap out initiative and work with stakeholders to streamline, execute and monitor roll out to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Maintain/update capital asset information & accountability
  • Core team member of the Bluetooth tagging initiative for VHN/KINCISE roll out to ensure air tags are properly distributed & programed. Support sales team and monitor process.
  • Leverage data visualization software to design reporting solutions, enhance sales dashboards, and produce on-demand reports, effectively contributing to comprehensive compliance and enterprise risk mitigation efforts.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure a uniform understanding of processes among business partners, significantly reducing instances of non-compliance and improving operational efficiency.
  • Manage, distribute, and enforce SOPs for digital surgery compliance monitoring to ensure unilateral process understanding amongst business partners, identification/resolution of outstanding action items, and 100% reduction of non-compliance instances.
  • Provide mentorship to other team members and transfer knowledge across departments, Operating Companies, etc.

Education:

  • BA/BS required
Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years business experience in logistics, finance, marketing, commercial operations, and/or related experience required.
  • Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organization skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to produce solutions and streamline processes.
Preferred:

  • History of applying an ERP system, i.e., SAP
  • Experience collaborating with sales leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
  • Experience in data management, ETL/querying, and analysis utilizing SQL, with proven track record to connect the analysis to insights that inspire action is preferred.
  • Experience with reporting requirements.
  • Ability to write WI's and SOP's
  • Proven experience driving process improvements and improving operational efficiency.

  • This role may require up to 10% domestic travel


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
